Stripes and Edges

About Stripes and Edges

There is a particular pride in a lawn that shows its stripes — light and dark laid down in alternating passes, holding the shape until the next visit. On the flat blocks off Ocoee Street, Stripes and Edges puts that down weekly through a Cleveland June, along with trimming the fence lines and cutting a hard edge at every walk and driveway. Cleanups handle spring beds and autumn leaves, so a yard never has to catch up on itself. When the valley draws its one or two winter storms, the work turns to plowing drives, shoveling walkways and salting the ice. The line stays straight either way.
