About Southern Valley Solutions

Cold pools in the Chatata Valley the way water does, and a night that reads twenty-eight degrees in town can be several degrees meaner out there. Southern Valley Solutions runs snow and ice work through those hours, opening driveways and parking areas with a plow while most of Bradley County is still asleep. Steps, sidewalks and door approaches come next, cut down by shovel to bare surface, then salted so the refreeze has nothing to grab. Storms in southeast Tennessee are rare enough that nobody is set up for them, which is the entire reason for the phone call. Cleveland, McDonald and the Chatata communities are inside the range.
