About Sons Land Services LLC

The Hiwassee slides past Charleston just north of Cleveland, wide and slow, throwing fog across the bottomland on the coldest mornings of the year. When that fog freezes onto pavement, or a rare snow covers Bradley County overnight, Sons Land Services LLC is out working driveways and lots behind a plow. Walks, steps and entryways come clear by hand, and salt goes down where shade keeps ice alive past noon. It amounts to a handful of days each winter, but they are the days everything else depends on. The idea is that a household in Cleveland or Charleston wakes up, looks outside, and simply goes.
