About Perez Tree Services

A spring storm reaches Cleveland from the southwest, over the Hiwassee bottoms, and by morning somebody's driveway is under a limb the width of a fencepost. Perez Tree Services works that morning: the removal, the cut-up, the hauling, the trimming of what's left so the wound closes in the right direction. Other weeks run calmer — a maple pruned back off a Five Points roofline, a pin oak thinned before the leaves come in heavy. Cleveland is a town of deep front-yard shade and dogwood streets, and shade like that is kept whenever it can be kept. When it can't, the job is to take it down cleanly and leave the grass looking like nothing ever happened there.
