About Thompson’s Tree Service, LLC

Clarksville's older streets are roofed over in summer, big crowns meeting above the pavement, shade running block to block toward the Public Square. Thompson's Tree Service, LLC keeps that roof in repair: pruning the deadwood out of a street-side oak, trimming a crown up off a slate porch roof, removing the elm that has been hollow longer than anybody guessed. Afternoon thunderheads build over the river and put limbs in the street inside of twenty minutes. Then it's saws, a chipper and a broom until the curb line looks the way it did that morning. Old neighborhoods keep their character in their trees, and that's worth the climb.
