Buck’s Concrete Construction

About Buck’s Concrete Construction

Old brick around the Public Square holds a cold night the way stone always does, and by morning the walks off Strawberry Alley can be slick before anybody notices. Buck's Concrete Construction turns to snow work when Clarksville freezes, plowing lots and drives, clearing entryways, and salting the flat gray surfaces that give ice its easiest footing. Downtown mornings start early here, so the clearing starts earlier — headlights, a blade, and the scrape that means a business will open on time. Watching a lot come up dark and dry while the streetlights are still on is its own kind of reward. Around the square and out through the neighborhoods, the winter route holds.
