About Yanez Tree Service and Landscaping, LLC

Some Chattanooga storms arrive sideways off the plateau in the late afternoon, half flurry and half drizzle, and the whole thing looks harmless right up until the temperature slides after dark. Yanez Tree Service and Landscaping, LLC plans for that second half of the evening — shovels and spreaders working sidewalks and steps, plows crossing lots in East Ridge and Ooltewah as the traffic thins along Brainerd. Snow doesn't linger long in this valley, but one night of refreeze can shut a storefront door as firmly as a foot of it would. So the work stays patient: clear it, treat it, then circle back to the shady side where meltwater runs out and sets hard by ten at night. Come daylight the lot is open, the entry is dry underfoot, and nobody has to give the weather a second thought.
