About West Property Solutions

West of Middle Valley the ground climbs toward Signal Mountain, and in December the shadow comes over early — three o'clock and the afternoon's warmth is already gone. West Property Solutions works with that clock in mind, clearing snow and ice from drives, walks and lots before the refreeze locks everything back in place. What melts at noon returns by dusk as something harder, and timing is most of the trade. Keeping a property open through a full storm cycle takes more than one visit, and it gets them. When the thaw finally comes, all that is left is dry pavement and a week that went ahead as planned.
