Tree Worx

About Tree Worx

A gray afternoon on Brainerd Road, thirty-four degrees and dropping, and everyone in the cars can feel what the night intends to do. Tree Worx spends that afternoon getting ahead of it — plowing driveways and small business lots around Eastgate and Belvoir, clearing sidewalks and door approaches, laying salt before the freeze rather than chipping at it after. Chattanooga ice tends to arrive overnight and be gone by noon, but the hours in between are the ones that strand people at the top of a driveway. Being ready early turns out to be most of the work.
