Haul Away Guy

About Haul Away Guy

Chattanooga's hard weather tends to come as one thin white night — a few inches over the valley and every hill in town turning into a decision. Haul Away Guy runs those hours: blade down, driveways opened end to end, walkways shoveled to the concrete, salt laid where the sun will not reach until noon. The switchbacks up Missionary Ridge are unforgiving once they glaze, so the work starts long before headlights start filling the streets. Nothing about it is glamorous. But a household stepping outside at seven to a clear drive is the entire point of being awake at four.
