Cornerstone Clean

About Cornerstone Clean

At first light the Walnut Street Bridge is a pale seam over the water and Coolidge Park holds nobody but the cold, which is the hour Cornerstone Clean is already working the North Shore. Drives get plowed, sidewalks get shoveled down to the concrete, and salt goes on the entries and ramps where an iced step turns into a bad morning. Frost River winters here are brief, so a storm is measured in hours and everything has to be finished inside them. There is a plain pleasure in walking a block at seven and seeing every path opened evenly. By the time the coffee shops unlock their doors, the sidewalks look like nothing happened at all.
