All Seasons Tree Service

About All Seasons Tree Service

Winter in Bristol comes down off Holston Mountain with ice in it, a silver morning where every twig is glassed over and the pines bend under the weight. All Seasons Tree Service is out in that, cutting up what the ice broke and getting it out ahead of the next front. The rest of the year runs slower: pruning a maple in a Sullivan County yard, cutting back a hemlock that has crowded a roofline, removing the one at the top of the bank that leans a little further every season. Ground is steep on this side of the valley, and bringing a tree down without touching the fence is half the craft. From State Street out toward the lake, the aim is a yard that looks unbothered.
