About Santek Environmental Services

Benton wakes up cold and still on the mornings that matter — the Hiwassee valley holding its breath, the roads out toward Old Fort untouched. Santek Environmental Services goes to work in that stillness, plowing driveways, clearing lots and walkways, laying down the first tracks so everyone else has something to follow. Snow is no constant in Polk County, but ice and a hard overnight fall can lock a place up completely, and the fix is simply being out in it early. The measure of the job is boring by design: doors open, drives clear, the day proceeding as though nothing had happened. That quiet is the point.
