The Falling Water River draws its slow green line through the country south of Baxter, and the valley air it carries keeps yards damp well into mid-morning. Fenix Lawn Care starts once the blades are dry: mowing, edging, trimming close along foundations and fence posts, and cleanups when the hardwoods let go in October. Winter in the Upper Cumberland is mostly gray and wet, but a few times a season it turns, and the driveways off Highway 70 need plowing while the walks need shoveling down to concrete. Both jobs answer the same question — can you get out of your own house this morning. On those mornings, the answer is yes.
