About Athens Lawn & Garden, LLC

The square in downtown Athens holds its own weather — brick warm by ten, shade deep under the old trees by noon. Athens Lawn & Garden, LLC works the neighborhoods that fan out from it, cutting, trimming and edging through the long growing season, then turning to plowing, shoveling and salting when a winter storm finds the valley floor. There is real satisfaction in a yard that reads finished: stripes laid straight, walk edges cut sharp, nothing left to sweep. In January that same attention becomes a cleared path from the porch to the car before anybody has to ask for it. Athens is the home ground, with Englewood, Calhoun and Charleston close behind.
