Dean's Lawn Care

About Dean's Lawn Care

Fog sits on the old rail bed most mornings in Ashland City, thick enough that the Bicentennial Trail disappears twenty feet ahead of you and then hands itself back. Dean's Lawn Care starts in that hour, mower on the trailer, first yard cut while the dew is still heavy enough to stripe. Through the growing season that means mowing, edging along the curb, trimming the fence corners a deck cannot reach, and hauling off the clippings and limbs. Come January the trailer carries a plow instead — driveways opened, walkways scraped and treated after a night of freezing rain. Ashland City and its close neighbors keep the calendar full both ways.
