About Cumberland Lawn Care

From the bluff at Riverbluff Park you can watch the light come down the Cumberland in the late afternoon, gold on the water and then gone. Cumberland Lawn Care spends those hours finishing yards — the last mower pass laid straight, the trimmer taken around the trees and the meter box, leaves cleared off the beds and the drive once October gets serious. Grass in this bend of the river is mostly fescue, which means it wants cutting well into the fall and again the moment spring warms the bottomland. The pleasure of it is the before-and-after: a shaggy corner lot at nine, a clean rectangle of lawn by noon. Ashland City is home, with work carrying out toward Pegram and Kingston Springs.
