About Quigley's Landscaping

A snow day in Spring Hill is a whole event — the hills fill with sleds by ten and the town takes on a hush it gets no other time of year. Quigley's Landscaping spends that morning on the unglamorous half of it: plowing drives, opening lots, shoveling and salting the walks so people can enjoy the snow instead of fighting it. Tennessee ice is the real adversary, thin and clear and quiet under a boot. Clearing it early, before it packs down and refreezes, is most of the job. By afternoon the pavement is dark and wet and the sledding is somebody else's business.
