About Ziemer Landscaping & Lawn Care S&E LLC

By late October the water at Pelican Lake goes slate-colored at dusk, and out toward Stony Point the last cut of the year happens in that thin blue half hour before the frost sets. Ziemer Landscaping & Lawn Care S&E LLC runs the season out to that edge: mowing until the grass truly stops, hauling off leaves, cutting the beds back and clearing the yard so nothing sits sodden under the snow. Earlier in the year the rhythm is different — a steady mowing turn, trimming the awkward corners around docks, sheds and lot lines, edging drives back to a firm border, and feeding the turf ahead of the dry weeks the open prairie always sends. The lakes make their own weather here, and a lawn on that ground has to be worked with a little patience. What you get for it is a yard that looks cared for from the road, in every month it is possible to look that way.
