About SUNSET Landscaping & Lawn Care

Evening lasts a long time on the prairie in July; the sun hangs west of Watertown for an hour and lays every mowed stripe out in gold and shadow. SUNSET Landscaping & Lawn Care likes that hour, when the day's work finally shows itself — grass cut even, trimmed close around the posts, beds mulched dark, borders cut sharp against the turf. The work runs from weekly mowing and trimming to planting, mulch and rock, edging, and cleanups at both ends of the year. Out here a yard is the patch of ground a family actually uses, so it ought to look like somebody thought about it. Then the light goes orange, the mowers load up, and the block goes quiet.
