About In the Dirt Landscaping LLC

The soil around Watertown is black and deep, the kind that stains a pair of hands and holds a print, and by May it is finally warm enough to work. In the Dirt Landscaping LLC spends that month on its knees — beds cut and shaped, shrubs and perennials set in, mulch and rock spread, sod laid and rolled tight along a new walk. The first watering is the good part: dirt going dark, leaves lifting, a bare lot turning into a place. Everything here has to take a Dakota winter and a Dakota wind, so plants go in deep and beds get edged to hold their shape. The name is honest about where the work happens.
