Bower's Tree Services

About Bower's Tree Services

Warner sits in the level lowland of Brown County, on the floor of an ancient glacial lake, where a north wind can lift fallen snow and carry it sideways for miles with nothing to stop it. Bower's Tree Services, a tree company by name, turns to snow removal in town when those ground blizzards leave drifts heaped against garages and fences. Clearing them suits a crew used to weighing heavy loads and judging where things will fall. The reward is plain to see: a driveway open, a step bared, a path to the car that was not there at midnight. Out on that old lakebed, each cleared yard stands like an island of order in all that blowing white.
