About Yard Smart Lawn & Snow Services

East of the interstate the land opens toward Brandon and Valley Springs, and a July evening out there is nothing but low gold light and the sound of somebody's mower two acres over. Yard Smart Lawn & Snow Services keeps yards on that side — weekly mowing, trimming along shelterbelts and fence lines, edging the drive so the gravel and the grass finally agree on a border. Bigger lots mean longer passes and a better view of the finished thing, which is half the reward of the work. Weeds and thin spots get treated before they take hold, because out here a lawn borders open country and open country is patient. Spring brings the cleanup, fall brings the leaves, and in between it is the pleasant business of staying ahead of the growth.
