About Specialized Property Care

Dawn along the I-229 loop is a good, empty hour — the lots still cool, the irrigation just shut off, water standing on every blade. Specialized Property Care moves through in that window, mowing the open turf, trimming around sign bases and light poles, edging the long curb lines that frame a parking lot. August in Sioux Falls is punishing at midday and generous at six in the morning, and the route respects the difference. Grounds like these get judged from a car at thirty-five miles an hour, so the lines have to run true and the clippings have to be off the concrete before anyone arrives. Twice a year comes the heavier cleanup, and in between it is steady, unglamorous upkeep that keeps a property looking like someone is paying attention.
