About Pozuelos Property Care

A lot of Sioux Falls' older near-south neighborhoods were built with alleys running behind the houses, detached garages facing a gravel strip instead of the street, and that's where a good part of Pozuelos Property Care's winter work actually happens — narrow alley plowing that a bigger commercial truck can't manage but a smaller rig handles block by block. Snow drifts differently back there, caught between garage walls and fence lines instead of open yards, so clearing an alley properly means a lot of short, careful passes rather than one long clean line. The company works front walks and driveways too, but it's built something of a niche on the alleys most other outfits skip because they're awkward and slow. Neighbors here tend to know each other by their alley, not just their street address, and a cleared alley in January means somebody can actually back a car out to go to work. It's overlooked ground, half-hidden behind the houses, but Pozuelos treats it like it matters — because for the people living there, it does.
