About Lloyd's Lawn Services

Late June, the thunderheads stack up west of Sioux Falls in the afternoon, and there is a race on to finish the Elmwood yards before the first rain reaches the hackberry shade. Lloyd's Lawn Services reads that sky the way everyone here does, moving quickly without ever loosening up on the trim line. The work is mowing, string trimming, edge cuts along walks and drives, and cleanups when spring and autumn turn over. Grass after a prairie storm comes on hard, and staying ahead of it takes a schedule that actually holds. A yard finished just before the rain arrives is one of the better feelings in this line of work.
