Ebe's Lawn and Snow Removal Property Management

About Ebe's Lawn and Snow Removal Property Management

Ebe's manages properties as much as it manages snow, which means its winter mornings are timed to somebody else's schedule — usually renters near Augustana University trying to get to an 8 a.m. class or a hospital shift before the plow truck's even finished the lot. The company runs a list of addresses rather than one continuous route: a fourplex here, a small apartment building there, each with its own dumpster enclosure and mailbox cluster to work around. That scattershot geography across the city's older rental blocks means learning a hundred small footprints instead of one big one, and knowing which landlord wants the salt heavy and which wants it light. It's unremarkable work, done mostly in the dark, but a tenant who makes it to their car without falling on an icy step doesn't think about it twice — which is more or less the goal. Ebe's keeps at it property by property until the list is clear.
