D&K Lawn Care

About D&K Lawn Care

D&K works the older blocks near the Cathedral of St. Joseph, where narrow lots and steep concrete stoops built a century ago don't leave much room for a wide plow blade. So a good part of the job still gets done by hand — two people with shovels working a porch and a walk while the truck idles at the curb clearing the apron and the street-side strip. The twin spires cut through the snow haze before much else does, a steady shape above the rooflines while everything at street level turns the same shade of gray-white. Homeowners here tend to be the kind who've lived on the block long enough to know exactly where the sidewalk cracks, so D&K learns those quirks fast and works around them without being told twice. By the time church bells ring on a Sunday morning, the walk to the door is bare concrete again.
