Bill's Sprinklers & Sod

About Bill's Sprinklers & Sod

Out here the July wind can blow hot from the southwest for days on end, and a Sioux Falls lawn can fade from green to straw before a weekend is over. Bill's Sprinklers & Sod is a sprinkler and sod business built for answering exactly that, with lawn care to carry the grass through the stretches in between. Water laid down evenly is half the battle; fresh sod rolled tight, seams pressed together like the pages of a closed book, is the other half. The work is easiest to admire in the morning, when sprinkler arcs catch the early light and new turf has begun to knit itself to the soil beneath. In a city where August can bake the ground hard, a deep, even green is a small act of defiance.
