About American Lawn Services

In December the falls of the Big Sioux become a sculpture of themselves: pale ice hangs in ribbons over the quartzite ledges while dark water keeps tumbling underneath, and holiday lights wake across Falls Park at dusk. American Lawn Services answers that same season on the city's streets by clearing snow. The measure of a finished job is pavement bared right to its margins, so the trip from car to door is simply a walk. Sidewalks get the same patient attention by shovel, curb to stoop. The river keeps its own winter rhythm downtown, and an open drive lets a household here keep theirs.
