About Oasis Landscaping

East of Rapid City the prairie begins almost immediately, buffalo grass turning tan under a July sun that does not negotiate. A green lawn out here is an act of will, and Oasis Landscaping treats it as one — cutting high through the heat so roots stay shaded, feeding turf that has real work to do, keeping bindweed and thistle from taking the ground back. Mowing, trimming, edging and bed maintenance run right through the summer, while aeration and overseeding wait for September, when the soil finally forgives. The payoff is walking a property at day's end and finding it still holding its color against all that dry country. Green against gold is the whole idea behind the name.
