Escalante Tree & Landscape

About Escalante Tree & Landscape

At noon in July the cottonwoods at Founders Park throw the only cool shade for a block, and everyone in Rapid City knows exactly where the shade in their own yard falls. Escalante Tree & Landscape keeps that canopy in order with tree trimming and limb and brush removal, and keeps the ground beneath it in order too, with mowing, trimming, edging, bed work and end-of-season clearing. Grass under a big tree is a negotiation; so is a branch hanging over a roofline ahead of an August storm. The work runs from canopy to curb in one visit, which is how a yard ends up feeling finished instead of half-done. By evening the lawn is cut, the brush is gone, and the shade sits right where it should.
