About Carefree Lawn & Sprinkler, Inc.

Everything green in Rapid City is an argument with water — the creek runs cold out of Cleghorn, the tap runs hard, and July can take a lawn down to straw in ten days. Carefree Lawn & Sprinkler, Inc. works both halves of that: mowing, trimming and edging above ground, irrigation below it, with spring startups, head adjustments, repairs and the fall blowout before the first hard freeze finds a line. A sprinkler zone tuned right waters the grass and not the sidewalk, and you can read the difference from the street by August. The year gets charted in May and closed out in October, with a summer of steady cuts in between. Grass that gets what it needs on the days it needs it forgives this climate a great deal.
