About Sevigny Brothers LLC
Morning comes early over Lake Mitchell, and the wind off the water crosses town before anyone is awake to notice it. That is the hour Sevigny Brothers LLC likes best — dew still silver on the blades, the mower laying its first clean stripe down a yard on the north side of Mitchell. Out here the prairie runs open all the way to the horizon, so a lawn is one of the few edges a person gets to draw, and it is worth drawing well. The work is mowing, string trimming, edging, and hauling off the clippings and the leaves when the cottonwoods finally let go. By the time the heat comes up off Firesteel Creek, the line along the front walk is crisp enough to sight down like a fence row.
