About Glanzer Backyard Design LLC

A Mitchell backyard is its own small country — fenced, private, and wide open to a sky that keeps going long past the roofline. Glanzer Backyard Design LLC works inside that country: laying out beds and plantings, shaping ground so the patio has something worth looking at, choosing what will stand up to a northwest wind. Lawn care keeps it all in frame, with mowing, trimming, edging and the cleanups that open and close the year. The finest evenings come in late May, when the beds are freshly mulched and the grass has finally thickened enough to sit on. A backyard that pulls a family outside is worth more than one that only performs from the street.
