About Perkins Property Maintenance LLC

Before the handful of businesses along the highway through Mapleton open their doors, this crew has already run the lot at the grain elevator turn and the gravel apron by the fuel stop. It's a short list of properties, but each one needs a clean, wide path before the first truck pulls in. Commercial lots take a different kind of clearing than a house, wider passes, corners pushed back far enough for a grain truck to swing through, salt down before morning traffic starts. Out here, where the town is really just a crossroads with a few working buildings, keeping those few lots open matters to everyone who stops there. The last truck out checks every entrance twice before calling the morning done.
