Mow Pro's Lawn and Snow

About Mow Pro's Lawn and Snow

Inside the shed here, the changeover happens fast: mower deck racked against the wall, plow blade bolted onto the same truck within a day of the first hard frost near Mapleton. One rig does both jobs, and the operator knows every yard in town from two directions, the cut in July and the clear line in January. When the season turns, it turns all at once out on the open ground around Mapleton, and there's no easing into it. What stays the same is finishing a job clean, no ragged windrow left at the end of a driveway, no drift half-pushed. By the second or third snow of the year, the route runs itself, truck to truck, house to house.
