Lehmen's Tree Service

About Lehmen's Tree Service

The cottonwoods along the James River on Huron's edge lose their leaves early and stand bare through most of the winter, and Lehmen's Tree Service knows those trees' bones as well as anyone in town from pruning them back each fall. When snow comes instead of storm damage, the crew shifts from limbs to driveways, clearing the same properties along the river bottom where low ground holds onto cold longer than the rest of Huron. A tree crew reads a yard for where a branch might come down; in winter that same read tells them where the drift will pile against a windbreak overnight. Working those river-edge lots means clearing them a little earlier than the rest of town, since the cold gathers there first and lifts last.
