About Tree Co

Hermosa is Spanish for beautiful, and on a June evening along Battle Creek the name hardly sounds like a boast. The Black Hills lift their pine-dark shoulders to the west while the open plains run off to the east, and every yard in town sits right where those two worlds meet. Tree Co keeps the lawns here in step with that setting, mowed low and even, trimmed close around fence posts and cottonwood roots, raked clean after the foothill wind has had its say. There is real satisfaction in a lawn that looks finished against such a backdrop, a strip of tidy green beneath ridges that glow red-gold as the sun drops. In Hermosa, that is the work, and it is good work to do.
