Black Sheep Landscape

About Black Sheep Landscape

The cottonwood shelterbelts standing around Harrisburg were planted to argue with the northwest wind, and they are still winning most days. A lawn in their lee grows differently than one out in the open, and Black Sheep Landscape reads that difference before the deck ever drops. Mowing, trimming and weed control get set to the ground the yard actually has, not the one a schedule assumes. Come autumn the cleanups clear out what those old trees shed in a single gusty afternoon. It is unglamorous work with a clear result: a yard that looks deliberate from the road, right up to the last week of the season.
