About Loiseau Construction Inc

On the streets still filling in at the edge of Flandreau, where new houses sit next to open lots waiting on the next one, Loiseau Construction Inc plows the driveways of a neighborhood that's still being built out one lot at a time. The company clears those newer streets along with the gravel county roads that lead into them from the Moody County countryside, work that looks a lot like the site access it clears for its own construction jobs. Because several lots along these blocks are still bare ground, drifts form in the gaps between houses that a fully built-up street wouldn't have. The crew treats each finished home's driveway on its own schedule, working around the construction equipment still parked at the unfinished ones. By midwinter, the plowed street through that half-built neighborhood already looks like it belongs to Flandreau, even with open lots still waiting their turn.
