About Elite Maintenance & Property Service LLC

Rapid Creek runs cold down its canyon past Johnson Siding, and the lawns along it live in the shifting shade of cottonwood and pine. Elite Maintenance & Property Service LLC mows on a schedule that respects that shade, because grass grows differently on a canyon floor than it does up on the open bench. Trimming along creek banks, fence lines and old stone walls takes patience and a steady hand, and it is where a yard either looks finished or does not. Fertilization and weed control keep the turf dense enough to hold its ground where the canyon air stays damp. Then fall arrives, the cottonwood leaves let go all at once, and clearing them is its own kind of pleasure.
