Teig's Lawn Care & Landscaping

About Teig's Lawn Care & Landscaping

Out past the last streetlight in Brookings the roads square off into a grid and the acreages sit back behind their windbreaks, each one with more grass than a town lot ever dreamed of. Teig's Lawn Care & Landscaping runs that circuit in mid-July, gravel dust hanging in the air behind the trailer, cutting big yards down to something even and calm. Mowing, trimming and landscaping are the day's work, whether the address is on a city block or two miles down a section line. There's a particular payoff to finishing an acreage — you can stand at the mailbox and see the whole thing at once. Not many places give you a view like that of your own afternoon.
