Brookings Lawn and Landscape

About Brookings Lawn and Landscape

April in Brookings is a slow argument between frost and sun. The ground gives up its ice an inch at a time, the sledding hill at Hillcrest Park turns to mud, and every lawn in town comes out of winter matted and gray and waiting for someone to wake it up. Brookings Lawn and Landscape lives for that first pass of the year — the rake, the cleanup, the first cut that turns a flattened yard back into a lawn. From there it is mowing, trimming, bed work and landscaping straight through the growing season. By the time the town is fully green, the difference between a yard that got that spring attention and one that didn't is visible from the sidewalk.
