BHPM Lawn Care

About BHPM Lawn Care

Box Elder took its name from the trees along the creek, and those trees still tell you when the year has turned. BHPM Lawn Care runs its season by them: first cut when the ditches green up, weekly mowing all summer, then the long autumn work of hauling down what the box elders drop. Trimming rides along with every visit, close around the mailbox posts and the chain link, and the edges come back crisp against the sidewalk. Overhead the jets out of Ellsworth make their turn and the sound rolls across the yards, and the mower keeps its line right through it. By late October a lawn here is cut short, raked out and cleared, ready for whatever comes off the plains.
