Robinson Tree Service

About Robinson Tree Service

In Winnsboro the town clock has kept time over Congress Street longer than anybody can account for, and the granite under Fairfield County keeps everything else honest. Robinson Tree Service works the yards and lanes around it — removals of trees that have finished, trimming that lifts a canopy off a roofline, pruning that sets a young oak up for the next hundred years. When a storm crosses the county and strews limbs over driveways and fence lines, the clearing starts early and does not quit until the ground is open again. There is a plain pleasure in the finish: no ruts across the lawn, no drifts of sawdust, nothing to sweep once the truck is gone. North of town and out toward the lake country, that is what gets left behind.
