Maple With A Twist

About Maple With A Twist

North of Winnsboro the land rolls up toward White Oak and Blair, and come October the maples turn along the fence rows while the pines stay stubbornly green. Maple With A Twist works that north end of town — mowing yards, trimming the edges a deck can't reach, cutting a crisp line where lawn meets driveway, hauling off leaves once they begin falling in earnest. Autumn here is a long, mild season, so the grass keeps growing well past the first cool nights and the cutting doesn't stop when the color starts. A yard put right before the weekend is a small and satisfying thing. That is the whole idea: leave it neater than the road you came in on.
