About Billy Goat Property Services

Some yards around Williamston get away from a person — a back lot gone shaggy, a fence line where the roadbank kudzu leans in, a rental that sat a month too long. Billy Goat Property Services takes those on, knocking down tall growth, mowing the whole thing back to level, trimming the corners no mower can reach, and hauling the debris off. Anderson County clay grows weeds as eagerly as it grows grass, and July does not slow down for anybody. There is honest satisfaction in the turnaround: a lot you could not walk through in the morning, squared up and walkable by evening. After that, keeping it cut on a regular round is the easy part.
