About Salty Blades Lawn Care

The breeze that comes up Folly Road in the afternoon carries salt far enough inland to taste, and West Ashley lawns grow in it all summer long. Salty Blades Lawn Care runs sharp through that air: mowing, edging, string trimming, hedges kept back off the walls, clippings and debris carried away. Grass cut with a keen blade heals over; grass cut with a dull one browns at the tip, and around here anybody can see the difference by Wednesday. Palmettos rattle, the pluff mud sighs at low tide, and a fresh-cut yard smells green over the top of all of it. By Friday it is a good place to stand in bare feet.
