About The Buddies Pine Straw LLC

Nothing smells quite like a bale of longleaf straw cut open on a West Ashley driveway, all resin and dust warming in the sun. The Buddies Pine Straw LLC works that trade through the yards of the parish, spreading straw thick and even around azaleas, camellias and the roots of the big oaks, along with the mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup that go with keeping a property whole. Straw laid properly holds moisture through August, stops the beds from washing out in a downpour, and gives every green thing above it a dark clean floor to stand on. It goes down in a single afternoon and changes the look of a place entirely. Then the needles fade to soft brown and the yard reads as though it grew that way.
